These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yourevent.space (“the Platform”), operated in Australia. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
yourevent.space is a venue discovery and enquiry platform. We help event organisers find venues and connect with venue representatives. We are not a party to any booking, contract, or transaction between you and a venue.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misrepresent your identity, event, or venue affiliation;
- post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam content;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
- use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.
5. Venue listings and enquiries
Venue information is provided by venue owners or sourced from public materials. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or pricing. Enquiries sent through the Platform are delivered to venue representatives; response times and outcomes are outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Venue photos and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute Platform content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss related to venue bookings, events, or communications with third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
