For event organisers

  • Search and compare venues free of charge — we do not charge organisers commissions on enquiries.
  • Provide accurate event details when sending enquiries so venues can respond appropriately.
  • Respect venue representatives’ time; only enquire about venues you are genuinely considering.
  • Any hire agreement is directly between you and the venue — yourevent.space is not involved in negotiations or payments.

For venue owners and representatives

  • Listings must accurately describe your venue, capacity, amenities, and availability policies.
  • You are responsible for responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Only claim or manage listings you are authorised to represent.
  • Keep your contact details and listing information up to date.

Content standards

All text, images, and messages on the Platform must be lawful, relevant, and respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these standards without notice.

Third-party links

The Platform may link to external websites (for example, venue websites or social profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Availability

We aim to keep yourevent.space available around the clock but may perform maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

Governing law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
